Before the study is delivered or access is opened: you may cancel and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

After delivery or access: given the copyable digital nature of the product, payments are non-refundable.

Exception: if a documented material error is confirmed in the verified figures of a version you purchased, you are entitled to an immediate correction plus appropriate compensation agreed directly.
