The idea and what needs testing

Preliminary risk assessment — not feasibility approval

A preliminary estimate from six factors, 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest). The study reviews it with the numbers.

  • Market demand 5/10
Preliminary: related desserts do not prove demand for this cup or site. A local sales trial is needed.
  • Licensing and rules 6/10
Confirm operator eligibility, activity and site locally. Saudi individual-service rules differ from establishment routes.
  • Operation and upkeep 2/10
Toasting, refrigeration and strawberries require approved procedures/equipment; recipe and fill remain untested.
  • Supply of inputs 5/10
Cost uses historical prices and a packaging allowance. Obtain ingredient quotes and matched cup/lid samples.
  • Capital at risk 5/10
No factory quote or approved startup total exists. Obtain written quotes and reserve cash before committing.
  • Competition 4/10
Competing kunafa/pistachio products exist; current comparators are not identical cups. Check competition at your site.

Every updated package edition is included at no extra cost.

Edition 1 is an estimated planning guide, not a verified feasibility study. The recipe needs testing and prices are historical observations. Startup amounts await actual quotes; drawings are not fabrication-ready. The financial example is Saudi/SAR; the country guide does not adapt its economics to another market. The truck, equipment and brand artwork are excluded.

FAQ

Is this a verified feasibility study?

This is an estimated planning edition. The recipe needs testing, prices are historical observations and startup amounts await written quotes. Profit and demand are not guaranteed.

Do the numbers apply to every country?

The SAR model is a Saudi VAT-registered illustration. Your selected country guide is separate; costs, taxes and eligibility need local adaptation.

Are all pictured flavours production-ready?

No. This edition develops the hero pistachio cup only. Other flavours are not fully costed. Images depict the concept and do not validate the proposed portion fill.

How do I receive the package?

After successful payment, files are available in your account and sign-in links arrive by email. You receive eight core files plus your country guide in Arabic and English, with updated editions at no extra cost when released.

Does the price include manufacturing or brand artwork?

The price covers the digital package only. It excludes the truck, equipment and brand artwork. Drawings support fabricator discussions and are not approved construction drawings.
