By accessing or using Foundrr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Foundrr.
Foundrr provides access to vetted business opportunity blueprints, including strategic narratives, financial models, operational playbooks, and related business intelligence (collectively, "Blueprint Kits"). The Platform is designed for investors, entrepreneurs, and business professionals seeking structured business blueprints.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Blueprint Kits are sold at a flat price of $4,997 per concept. All prices are in USD and are subject to change with notice. Prices displayed on the Platform are final and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased Blueprint Kit. Access is granted to your account and is non-transferable.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except as required by law or as outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Please review Blueprint Kits carefully before purchasing.
All content on the Platform, including Blueprint Kits, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Foundrr or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Blueprint Kit for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not:
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Blueprint Kits may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
Foundrr provides business blueprints and intelligence for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Blueprint Kits are not guarantees of business success, profitability, or specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any business concept and for all business decisions you make.
THE PLATFORM AND CONCEPT KITS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDRR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR CONCEPT KITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC CONCEPT KIT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and Blueprint Kits will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foundrr, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
